Intelligent Spray Painting

This steel structure automatic spraying line is suitable for the surface spraying of welded components and plates with high profiles. It uses 3D scanning to detect the shape of components, sprays paint intelligently, and fully utilizes its own drying room to reduce the impact of weather temperature differences, thus shortening the surface drying time. The waste can be collected and recycled to solve the environmental protection problems of enterprises.

Quality Control of Coating Process:

According to the specification requirements, inspect the thickness of each coat of paint to ensure it meets the specified tolerance requirements. Before starting the next coating, the dry film thickness of each previous coat must be measured, avoiding curved areas and edges.

Coating appearance requirements: The appearance should be uniform in color, smooth, full, and glossy, with no misapplication, missed coating, sagging, bubbling, lifting, cracking, peeling, pinholes, or other defects.

The thickness of the coating film is the main controlled item, which should be checked with a dry film thickness gauge. For each batch, randomly inspect 10% of the components, with no less than 3 components of the same type. For each component, inspect 5 locations, and the value at each location is the average of the dry film thickness of 3 measuring points spaced 50mm apart. The allowable deviation for each coat is -5μm. The total average thickness of the coating at the inspected locations must meet the specified value, and the lowest value shall not be less than 80% of the specified value. The thickness difference between two measuring points shall not exceed 30% of the average value. When calculating, if the measured value exceeds 20% of the specified thickness, it shall be calculated as 120% of the specified thickness, rather than using the actual measured value for the average calculation.
